The enzyme was incubated with different detergents and oxidizing agents of various concentrations at 30 °C for 1 h and then assayed under standard assay conditions. The enzyme incubated without detergents and oxidizing agents was used as a reference and was used to calculate the relative enzyme activity. Each value presented here is an average of three replicates.
