Effect of BGOS and control solutions on faecal Bifidobacteria numbers and fluid intake in CD1 mice. (A) There was a significant effect of BGOS on faecal Bifidobacteria numbers compared to mice provided with drinking water supplemented with BGOS free sugars (BFS), or water alone.
