(A) The > 30 kDa fraction was analyzed using anion-exchange chromatography and two fractions were purified. (B) The cells (2 × 10⁴ cells/well) incubated with > 30 kDa fraction and its purified two fractions for 72 h were used for the MTT assay. The results are representatives of three separate experiments. The results were considered to be statistically significant if p < 0.05.
