For each clinical sample, the sum of the three change groups is smaller than the enrolled sample, due to missing instrument and anchor data at follow-up. We list here the percentage of the total change group relative to the enrolled sample, with the general health anchor followed by domain-specific health groups: COPD –Exacerbation (74%, 93%), COPD-Stable (84%, 87%), Back Pain (78%, NA), Depression (95%, NA), and Cancer (86%, 79%).
