Inhibitory effect of aspirin on H₂O₂‐induced apoptosis in primary human melanocytes. Cells were pre‐treated with or without aspirin at the indicated concentrations for 24 hrs and then incubated in the presence or absence of 1.0 mM H₂O₂ for a further 24 hrs.
