Downregulation of Wnt3 by siRNA induces the apoptosis of gastric cells.

Notes: Flow cytometry apoptosis detection of MGC-803 cells after transfected with control, mock, Wnt3-714-siRNA, or Wnt3-1188-siRNA for 48 hours, cells were double stained with annexin V and 7AAD. Lower right: The percentages of living or apoptotic cells in each group were analyzed by FlowJo software (Tree Star, Ashland, OR, USA). The values in every group represent the average from three samples. FL2 and FL3 indicates channels used in FACS analysis.
