Significant differences were tested by DESeq, and P values were adjusted by the Benjamini–Hochberg method. Relative abundances are listed. Values that are significant (P<0.05) on both platforms are in bold. Taxa are listed at the genus level or at their lowest possible level of classification, followed by unc. Genera that were not detected on a given platform are indicated with a (). Non-significant P values are listed as n.s.
