Id2 protein is decreased in differentiated SM10 cells. SM10 cells were treated for 72 h with TGF-β or vehicle. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and probed with anti-Id2 primary and Alexa Fluor 594–conjugated secondary antibodies. The cell nuclei were stained with Hoeschst dye.
