Cells were sorted for GFP (+) in the AID^r1 ψv- IgL-Pro^−/GFP (a) and AID^r1 ψv- ΔPC4 IgL-Pro^−/GFP (b) clones. Following two weeks bulk growth of the sorted population, gDNA was recovered from each and the GFP gene was sequenced for a more complete analysis. Insertions and deletions are displayed as green and red circles, respectively, and transitions and transversions as blue and gold diamonds, respectively.
