Correlation of IC50 values for P-gp inhibition from rhodamine 123 assay and digoxin assay. IC50 values towards P-gp activity for 14 drugs listed in Table 1, determined from rhodamine 123 accumulation assays and from digoxin bidirectional transport assays reported by Poirier et al.
