Effect of SLC/CCL21 on Fas-induced cell death of human MC in cell count and caspase-3 assay. (A) The percentage of apoptotic MC was determined after visualisation of fragmented chromatin with Hoechst dye. Apoptotic nuclei were analyzed microscopically in three different sets of experiments counting at least 300 cells per condition. (B) Caspase-3 activity was quantitated spectrophotometrically in MC lysates. Data are from three independent sets of experiments, each performed in duplicate.
