The effect of NaCl to SdeAgu115A reversible aggregation and its activity on beechwood xylan. A, dialysis of enzyme solution against 20 mm Hepes buffer (pH 7.0) led to protein aggregation; turbidity at A450 nm decreased through titration with NaCl.
