UBD KD does not affect nitrite accumulation in the medium or Ccl2 expression. INS-1E cells were transfected with siControl (siC) or an siRNA targeting UBD (siU1). 48 h later, cells were left untreated or treated with IL-1β + IFN-γ (IL+IFN). Supernatants from the cells were collected after 24 h of cytokine treatment, and nitrite accumulation in the culture medium was evaluated by the Griess method (A).
