A gluten-free diet (GFD) did not affect the serum levels of the soluble leptin receptor in prepubertal, pubertal and adolescent girls and boys with celiac disease (p>0.05). The leptin receptor levels were age-dependent but not sex-dependent (p<0.05). The data are expressed as the median, Q1–Q3 (quartiles 1–3), and range.
