B and C, lysates from HEK293T transiently co-expressing WTIP-GFP or GFP alone with Nck1-FLAG (B) or Nck2-FLAG (C) were immunoprecipitated (IP) with GFP and immunoblotted (IB) for GFP and FLAG.
