3 cultures from 3 different animals for each point (except 4 μM CA was not determined (ND)) with around 100 embryos counted per culture. Paired control cultures (in the presence of 0,1% DMSO) showed 67% of good development (not shown). Grey bars: «Bad development» indicates teratogenicity (i.e. embryonic malformations). White bars: «Dead» is for lysed or uncleaved embryos and indicates cytotoxicity.
