Notes: Methods and TLR agonist concentrations are identical to those listed in Figure 2. Macrophage control represents supernatant from unstimulated macrophages in combination with splenocytes and anti-CD3. Splenocyte control represents splenocytes incubated in the presence of anti-CD3 without macrophage supernatant. The differences between cultures containing supernatants from untreated and treated macrophages are statistically significant (**P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001).
