Amiodarone (Ami) inhibited the expressions of CD25 and CD69 in activated human T cells. Human peripheral blood T cells at 1 × 106 mL–1 were treated with 1–5 µM amiodarone for 2 h and then stimulated with PMA + ionomycin (P + I) for another 24 h. The expressions of CD25 and CD69 were measured by flow cytometry. The representative data of at least six different donor cells are shown.
