GSK3β inhibition enhanced network formation in vitro. Matrigel network formation assay was performed to study the role of GSK3β inhibition on the angiogenic function of EPCs. ApoE−/− EPCs had little ability of the network formation. EPCs in WT mice showed more angiogenic function than that in ApoE−/− mice.
