Activating dexamethasone canonical signaling pathways through GR and rosiglitazone through PPAR-gamma was necessary to induce hMSC adipogenic differentiation. hMSCs were D&R exposed in the absence or presence of a GR inhibitor (RU486) and/or a PPAR-gamma inhibitor (GW9662).
