Characterization of hUCMSCs. A: Flow cytometry analysis of hUCMSCs. hUCMSCs were negative for CD34, HLA-DR, CD45, CD14, CD19 and positive for CD105, HLA-I, CD29, CD73, CD90. The results confirmed that the cells were a kind of MSCs but non-hematopoietic cells; B: Immunocytochemistry with osteoblast-specific and oil red staining marker. Control culture of hUCMSCs did not exhibit such osteocytic features (a).
