Inhibition of IKK interacting with Hsp90 by NO in RAW 264.7 cells. (a) The cells were pretreated with 0.5 mM SNAP for 0, 1, 4, and 6 h. The interaction of IKK with Hsp90 was analyzed by immunoprecipitation (IP) with anti-IKK antibody, and the presence of Hsp90 and IKK was examined by Western blot using anti-Hsp90 and anti-IKK antibody, respectively.
