Data were calculated for immunized or mock-immunized (n = 6) mice.
Since the MLD50 of the Ms/NSs virus was higher than 105 FFU (Table 1), the mice were vaccinated with 104 FFU (0.01 MLD50) and 105 FFU (0.1 MLD50).
