Initial velocities of PXN for the import of NAD, AMP, and CoA against various exchange partners in respect to internal concentrations. Time-dependent uptake of [α-³²P]-NAD, [α-³²P]-AMP, or [³H]CoA (0.2 mm) into liposomes reconstituted with total yeast membranes containing recombinant PXN-His was measured. The proteoliposomes were preloaded internally with 10 mm, 2 mm, or 1 mm NAD, CoA, or AMP.
