ahMNCs and hTERT-ahMNCs were injected into neonate NOG mice via the intracranial (IC) route. A hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained histological analysis showed no tumor formation in the ahMNCs and hTERT-ahMNCs-injected groups 6 months after injection. However, the U87MG injected groups developed brain tumors.
