CD137 signaling induces IL-13, TNF and IL-6 secretion by HRS cell lines. 5 × 105 L-428-control, L-1236-control, L-428-CD137, L-1236-CD137 or KM-H2 cells were cultured on plates coated with 5 μg/mL of recombinant CD137L or BSA for 24 h.
