ELISA plates were coated with different peptides (1. the Orai1 peptide; 2. Cd1215; 3. IgEop; 4. BSA). Biotin-Aptamer Y1 was added into the wells. The absorbance was determined at 450 nm. All data shown were calculated as the mean ± SEM, and data were obtained from three independent experiments. * indicates P < 0.05 compared with the Orai1 peptide group.
