a. In HepG2 cells without pre-incubation, the difference of rosette formation rates in CMBs_αvβ3 group and CMBs group was statistically significant, p < 0.05.

b. In HepG2 cells with CMBs_αvβ3, the difference of rosette formation rates between group with α_Vβ₃ antibody pre-incubation and group without pre-incubation was statistically significant, p < 0.05.

c. The difference of rosette formation rates of CMBs in L-02 cells, HepG2 cells without any pre-incubation, and HepG2 cells with α_Vβ₃ antibody pre-incubation was not statistically significant, p > 0.05.
