O2 levels were detected every two seconds using a FireSting fluorescence-lifetime based oxygen detector. Note that addition of Gloxy buffer (blue) causes a rapid drop in O2 level to undetectable levels, whereas OxEA caused a more slow and less complete removal of O2.
