EMD386088 was injected i.p. in a dose of 2.5 and 5 mg/kg; control group was treated i.p. with saline. The rats were decapitated about 30 min after drug injection. The results are expressed as the mean ± SEM (N = 8). The indices were calculated using concentrations from individual tissue samples. The concentration of dopamine and its metabolites were measured in ng/g tissue. The data were analyzed by means of one-way ANOVA, followed by Duncan’s post hoc test
