Immunohistochemical detection of NaVβ4 in cultured DRG cells. Cells were obtained under the same conditions as for the electrophysiological experiments in Fig. 8: L4/L5 DRGs were injected in vivo with siRNA and inflamed (“LID”); 3 days later DRG neurons were isolated and cultured for 24 hours before fixation and staining for NaVβ4.
