The K_m values were generally determined at 25 °C under saturating conditions of the invariant substrate and the V_max values were determined by an extrapolation of the velocity vs. the concentration of CDNB to infinite concentrations using SigmaPlot for data analysis. The data presented are the averages of at least two trials.

The concentration of GSH used for the determination of the K_m^CDNB was 25 mM.

The concentration of CDNB used in the determination of the K_m^GSH was 3 mM.
