106/ml cells were treated for 24–48 h with increasing concentrations of the selected drugs. Cell viability was assessed by PI staining. CV75 (the concentration resulting in 75% of cells viability compared to vehicle treated cells) was calculated by linear regression analysis of data. IL-8 release was measured by ELISA.
