A. H460 cells were implanted to form xenograft tumors in mice. On the 7th day after implantation, the tumors were locally irradiated with the indicated doses of γ-rays. Tumor diameters were measured, and tumor volumes were calculated on the specified days. B. At 1, 2, or 5 days post-irradiation, the mice were sacrificed and the tumors were removed. SULF2 mRNA levels in the tumors were compared by RT-PCR. The values shown represent the relative levels of SULF2 mRNA normalized to those of GAPDH.
