A. mAb04-MICA/mAb04 exhibited high binding rate with MDA-MB-231 cells, reaching 66.2% and 50.3% respectively. B. mAb04-MICA (Data were presented as the mean ± SD, n = 5, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01)/mAb04 (n = 5, ^#p < 0.05, ^##p < 0.01) inhibited the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells with the IC₅₀ (53.196 ± 1.726 nM), similar to that of mAb04 (57.272 ± 1.758) and Sunitnib (73.392 ± 0.952). C. MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with various treatments at 37°C for 48 h and analyzed by flow cytometry following staining with Annexin V-FITC and PI.
