Cells in various stages of the cell cycle after siMMP-13 knockdown, and MMP-13–silenced OC3 and OC3-I5 cells incubated with PI. After incubation for 15 min, the cells were analyzed through flow cytometry, and the DNA content was quantified. (A) The cell count is represented on the Y axis, and PI is represented on the X axis. Cell cycle status was analyzed according to the DNA content, and Gl, S, and G2/M phases were calculated. The G1 phase was downregulated, and the S and G2/M phase were upregulated.
