B) Nondisjunction in c(2)M; UASp-c(2)M3XHA/hs-Gal4 females measured following 1 hour of heat shock and the number of days indicated within each bar. Significant reductions in nondisjunction were observed in the 6–9 (p=0.003) day period of the 3-day broods and the 7–8 (p=0.003) and 9–10 (p=0.02) periods of the 2-day broods. Nondisjunction was calculated and statistical significance determined as described [50]. The data is in Table S1. See also Figure S5.
