Cytotoxicity assay of single and different combinations of siRNAs: Huh-7.5 cells grown for 24 h in a 96-well plate were transiently transfected with single or different combination of siRNAs and incubated for 72 h. Cell viability was then determined by MTT assay. Absorbance was taken at 595 nm by a microplate reader and readings were plotted as percentage. The data represent mean ± standard deviation. ∗ P value < 0.05 versus control was considered statistically significant.
