Mutations are categorized into thymidine analog mutations (TAMS), nonnucleoside reverse-transcriptase inhibitors (NRTI Other), and nucleoside reverse-transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTI) mutations. Contrasts are performed using posterior estimates of each subtype with poststratification to account for different treatment composition within each subtype population. The y axis indicates the differences in mutation frequency. Every position in each subtype is compared with that position in all other subtypes, and position number in each row indicates significantly different results. The colors indicate the comparison subtype.
