(A) Lofaxin inhibits the blood coagulation cascade in a dose dependent manner. Increasing amounts of Lofaxin (1–20 ng per reaction) increased the onset time (sec) of coagulation of human plasma. Human plasma alone is used as a negative control and Factor Xa with no proteins represents maximum coagulation. (B) Kinetics of Lofaxin interactions with immobilized FXa.
