Cells were harvested for the luciferase assay. Error bars represent SD from triplicate experiments. (C) Western blotting of lysates from HEK293T cells cotransfected with the indicated plasmids for 48 h. Exogenous core, NS2, NS3/4A, NS4B, NS5A, and NS5B proteins were detected with anti-V5 or anti-Flag antibody. V5 and Flag were the tags used.
