†Two criteria used to define problem drinking include: 1) > 14 drinks/week for men or > 9 drinks/week for women, or 2) ≥ 3 binge drinking episodes (4 or more drinks in one day) in last 3 months

‡Physical Activity defined as > 30 min of vigorous physical activity (sports, exercise classes, heavy housework, physical labor) in last 12 months

§Depressive symptoms measured by 11 separate items with range of 0 to 33
