NRAGE knockdown sensitizes EC cells to cisplatin both in vitro and in vivo. (a) EC109 cells transfected with siCon. or siNRG (#1, #2) were treated with the indicated concentrations of cisplatin for 2 h and left to form the colonies for 14 days. (b) The number of colonies with >50 cells in panel (a) was manually counted, followed by normalization to EC109 cells transfected with siCon. or siNRG (#1, #2) without cisplatin treatment, respectively.
