Change in visual score of filopodia on MDA-MB-468 cells after NIR light exposure. In the NIR-PIT group the visual score of filopodia decreased rapidly after NIR light exposure reaching significance at all time points (p = 0.01 at 5, 10 and 15 min after NIR-light exposure) (see Visualization 3 (1.2MB, AVI) ). On the other hand, in the control group the visual score of filopodia was unchanged (see Visualization 4 (1,021.7KB, AVI) ).
