Data for 6MWT, gait speed, gait profile score and dimension E of the GMFM-88 during pre-intervention, post-intervention and follow-up evaluations considering subcortical and cortical injuries as well as active and sham tDCS groups (56 children). Children with subcortical injury and who received active tDCS presented better results at the post-intervention evaluation in comparison to other groups for all variables.
