AdoMetase expression in pAtIRX5:AdoMetase lines and phenotype. (A) AdoMetase transcripts were detected by RT-PCR using stem mRNA from three independent 5-week-old T3 homozygous pAtIRX5:AdoMetase (AdoMetase) transformants. cDNA synthesized from stem mRNA of wild-type plants were used as a negative control.
