Effect of PICALM siRNA on clathrin-mediated endocytosis. H4 cells were incubated with either control siRNA (GFP siRNA) or siRNA targeting PICALM (PICALM siRNA) prior to incubation with 100 nM Alexa488-Tf for 5, 15 or 30 minutes then trypsinised and analysed by flow cytometry.
