Odds ratios for adverse events (AEs) in patients assigned to the active treatment group as compared to the placebo group, stratified by diagnosis (connective tissue disease–associated pulmonary arterial hypertension [CTD-PAH] and idiopathic PAH [IPAH]). Odds ratios are shown with 95% confidence intervals. Compared to patients with IPAH, patients with CTD-associated PAH were more likely to experience an AE if assigned to active treatment versus placebo.
