Enzymes blotted comprise a dilution series (100, 50, 25, 12.5% v/v) of (NH 4)2 SO 4‐precipitated proteins from a grass (Holcus lanatus) or Equisetum (E. fluviatile and E. arvense). Polymeric reaction products were documented after sequential washing (d, e) and enzymolysis (f).
