Allogenic MLR response induced by mDCs, LM8-pulsed mDCs and LM8 cells. Effect of dendritic cells' stimulation on the proliferation of T lymphocytes in MLR. The T-cell stimulatory capacity of mDCs that were irradiated with 3,000 rad as a stimulator and allogeneic T cells as responder cells in the ratios of 1:1, 1:10, 1:25 and 1:100 was assessed by MLR. The proliferative response was evaluated by 3H-thymidine incorporation and expressed as counts per minute.
